The 1980's would forever change the climate of heavy metal; one such group that came from that heralded era in music is Aberdeen, Washington's legendary METAL CHURCH, who are appropriately credited as a formative influence on the thrash metal sub-genre with such albums as their iconic self-titled release and genius follow-up, The Dark. When the band's new album, Generation Nothing, is set to be unveiled by Rat Pak Records on October 22nd, it will prove why Metal Church can still pound it out and deliver the goods with innovation and finesse as well as anyone on the scene today.

Ronny Munroe, with his broad-ranging vocal capacity was recently WVOX.com's Metal Mayhem host and BraveWords Correspondent Matthew O'Shaughnessy's special live guest on his New York radio show. During the on-air chat, Munroe went into deeper detail on the group's forthcoming album, Generation Nothing, plans to make two videos from the release, touring plans and more.
