The ultimate triumvirate! Your favourite heavy metal band, beer and BBQ! It was a chance of a lifetime as Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain’s Rock N’ Roll Ribs restaurant in Coral Springs, Florida (30 minutes outside of Fort Lauderdale) played host to one of the official listening parties for The Book Of Souls, attended by a very exclusive group of fans/contest winners! And at the same time, Rock N’ Roll Ribs quenched the thirsty crowd with Trooper Beer which is vaulting across North America at a frantic pace!

Yup, 92 minutes of new blistering Maiden along with some classic Nicko commentary to boot!

As you can see by the gallery above, Rock N’ Roll Ribs is loaded with Maiden memorabilia and one of Nicko’s drum sets is ready for jam-mode which is a regular occurrence. Nicko, along with his partner Mitch Tanne and general manager Jose, have carved out a mighty niche in the area “Where BBQ Meets Metal”, as the title states. The towering Maiden backbone is a BBQ fanatic and he was instrumental in creating their signature spices/sauce that coats their signature dish, Rock N Roll Baby Back Ribs and chicken, along with other delectable entrees such as steaks (New York and Ribeye), Dogs Meow Catfish, Moonchild Mahi and the ultimate Appetite Of The Beast feast, all delivered from the open-concept kitchen! The atmosphere is totally rock n’ roll, the staff pure class and service is spot-on. And Rock N’ Roll Ribs has seen incredible growth to the point that there’s talk of opening up a bigger location. In the meantime, get your BBQ on at Rock N’ Roll Ribs! And don’t forget to raise a Trooper!
