BUTCHER BABIES Alive In Charlotte!

In my observation of the few years that Butcher Babies have been an active band, they are no strangers to giving the middle finger to those that say they don’t belong and then absolutely ripping their faces off. That seemed to have been the case again on October 9th in Charlotte, when the band took the stage right between hip-hop acts Demrick and Hollywood Undead. Not to be phased, Butcher Babies came out and scorched on the smallest stage I have ever seen and not only kicked everyone’s ass, in the mostly hip-hop crowd, one by one but they were respected for it as well.
The band blazed through a few new songs from their upcoming record, Lilith, as well as older tracks. In the metal world, we are used to bands with a large and active stage presence but this band has the stage energy that would leave a young Dillinger Escape Plan shitting themselves. Simply put, Butcher Babies are one of the hardest working bands out there right now and are proving the naysayer’s wrong day by day with the musicianship and stage show to back it up.
