Summer Breeze Day 3: King Diamond Reigns!

While the waves of crowd surfers during the firework and pyro laden set by heretofore unfamiliar Parkway Drive would deem otherwise, in the eyes of the BraveWords crew, the King was THE attraction today, graciously meeting with us, having a laugh or two and signing a few autographs. By the way, you should see the pile of wallets and cell phones that are deposited with security, after a barrage of humanity beaches itself on the barricade. Elaborate, 3-level stage, built to resemble an old, abandoned (?) mental institution (complete with cell #9), King Diamond took everyone on a wild ride, with old songs and new ("Masquerade Of Madness"). However, there were simply way too many good bands to see, including Emperor, Queensrÿche and a couple others, highlighted in the gallery: HammerFall and Airborne.
