EXILIA Unveil Artwork, Confirm Release Date For My Own Army

Italian metallers EXILIA have confirmed that their new album, My Own Army (artwork pictured at left), will be released via AFM Records on January 30th, 2009.

Frontwoman Masha Mismane recently issued the following statement with regards to the album:
“We can tell you in advance, it rocks! We are all very excited and I can tell you, that this album will be the heaviest record so far since the birth of Exilia. We managed to unleash even more hidden talents of our great guitarist Alien, and with the return of our great drummer Ale there is no lack of power! After a lot of hard work on melodies and lyrics over the past year, I’m also very pleased with the outcome of my vocals! There are definitely unique elements within every song. I wanted to give them an edge whilst maintaining the original and true characteristics of Exilia.”
