ANCARA Enlist New Guitarist

Tuomas "Gary" Keskinen known from the bands TECHNICOLOUR, NEGATIVE and MONDAY, is the new guitarist for Finnish metallers ANCARA. Keskinen replaced Samuel Hjelt, who left the band earlier this year.
Bassist Mika Rajala comments: "First of all we want to thank all of the guitarist candidates for their interest towards our band. We are very pleased with our new member, who has a heaps of experience under his belt and solid vision in making music. As a band we have strived for more groove orientated playing, so from that point of view Gary fits more than well into our band"
Keskinen can also be heard on the next Ancara album, that the band has been working on with producer Hiili Hiilesmaa during the past winter. The recording process is nearly finished and the album will be released in August 2009 through Timo Kotipelto's (STRATOVARIUS) High & Loud Records.
Ancara's next show is April 30 at On The Rocks in Helsinki.
