Canadian rocker Bif Naked has issued the following update:
"Namaste va Salaam to everyone! I hope this week has found all you BeautifulPeople well into your Happy Places. In mind and body. As always, I’m sending you tremendous energy and positive vibes. Wherever you may be. :)I have embarked on a very busy regemin, and am desperately, happily, juggling everything. Trying not to 'stress' and stay centered is oft challenging (heinous sleeping patterns notwithstanding) but I am so distracted with my excitement about tour that it doesn’t cause me any anxiety (Um….but my renewed, nocturnal, teeth-grinding is back. Weeeeird!)
Very stoked about rehearsals! Tinnitus aside (Noop. We never wore earplugs when we were young punks) I am proud to say its gonna be FUCKIN LOUD!!!!! Hahahha! I can’t WAIT till you hear it!
Keep checking the tour dates, too, as we are constantly updating for July + August!
Gonna be a hothot summer, Baby! Speakin’ of hot, I’ve included photos, today, from this weeks’ strength + endurance tests where I excelled and have surpassed expectations! Whoohoo! My hammys are sore but its a 'good' sore, y’know? Now I’m concentrating on strength-building to prep for all those fancy so-you-think-you-can-dance tour moves! LOL!
