Germany's SECRETS OF THE MOON are currently on the road in the US with MOONSPELL. Drummer T. Thelemnar has issued the following tour report:

"The first US tour is going quite well for Secrets Of The Moon. We're surprised that so many people show up before and after the shows to talk to us and to have a drink together. That rules and we can not complain about any show, if there have been 30 or 200 people. Of course there's one new enemy: the air conditioner on the bus, as we are not used to that! So we struggle every day with cold and flu, but still we're bringing 100% on stage. New York was one the highlights so far, also Vancouver, Canada was amazing.

But no light without shadows, so Detroit was kind of a new experience for us. We always learned in school that Detroit is one of the biggest car industry areas in the States, but nowadays it seems to be different.... Obama should do something... But who cares, the show was also ok, even if the monitor soundguy still has to learn a lot...

I should not forget to talk about Seattle: Of course (as always) we had not the chance to see much of this legendary city (the venues are mostly outside), but the club really kicked ass! Good food, great people and the promoters were really one of the coolest people we met so far on this tour!

Today [at the time of this post] we are in San Francisco, the cradle of thrash and speed metal. Really looking forward to this one. A small stage -- that's good for us! As I said, we're having a good time. The atmosphere on the bus is great, we're sharing it with Moonspell. Also Divine Heresy are very nice guys and kick ass every night! All in all a good package, delivering darkness and aggression."

Secrets Of The Moon recently released their first full-length in over three years called Privilegivm.
