Former SKID ROW frontman SEBASTIAN BACH recently confirmed his appearance on the upcoming seventh season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club, scheduled to premier on February 14th, 2010. He has issued the following update:

"This is really neat! I bought a computer chip for my SHOE and now my phone uploads all details of my runs to the web! You can follow along on my runs around the world, see where I'm at and what my favorite routes are, or even sign up for your own page and challenge me to runs ! It's free and awesome ! Check out my running page here.

I just finished filming the TV show Celebrity Fit Club Boot Camp and I really did learn alot about eating that I did not know before. One thing I learned is that keeping a food journal definitely makes me more aware of what I put into my mouth on a daily basis. If you're into this kinda thing, you can follow my daily routine at Loseit.com, sign up as my friend at loseit.com and you can call me out if I drink too much wine haha! It doesn't help me to lie in the journal , so it all goes in there! My Loseit.com email is sebastianbachangeldown@yahoo.com."

As previously reported, Bach has posted photos from the show's taping at this location. Also, check out photos from Bach's running adventures here.

Realitytvworld.com recently reported:

VH1 has revealed the identities of the eight celebrities who will be attempting to shed unwanted weight on Celebrity Fit Club's seventh season, which the network recently began filming.

Celebrity Fit Club's seventh-season cast members include: ex-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach; former Britney and Kevin: Chaotic co-star Kevin Federline; his pre-Britney Spears ex Shar Jackson; Project Runway first-season winner Jay McCarroll; R&B; star Bobby Brown; former Charles in Charge star and Baywatch babe Nicole Eggert; High School Musical's Kaycee Stroh; and Bad Girls Club alum Tanisha Thomas.

VH1 renewed Celebrity Fit Club for a seventh season in June, and it will follow a similar "boot camp" format to its Spring 2008 sixth installment and feature the celebrities attempting to shed weight with the help of "drill sergeant" Harvey Walden and nutrition and diet expert Dr. Ian Smith.

In addition, Rhonda Britten - who previously starred in the syndicated Starting Over reality series - will serve as the new "life coach" for the celebrity participants.

Celebrity Fit Club's seventh season will premiere on Sunday, February 14th.
