A brand new guitar related video blog from JUDAS PRIEST guitarist K.K. Downing filmed few weeks ago in Finland is available. Check out K.K. introducing a classic instrument from the past below:
Judas Priest filmed their appearance at Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL on August 17th for an upcoming 30th Anniversary DVD release of the British Steel album.
Singer Rob Halford tells BraveWords.com that the package is "slowly being put together bit by bit. We’re okay, we’ve got plenty of time. The official release, the official 30th birthday party is spring next year (the original release date of British Steel was April 14, 1980), so we’re working how to make it come out at that point. If we miss it a little bit, then fine, you know. We’ll do a box set with a DVD and whatever else we decide to include in it. And I’m seeing the lads at Christmas anyway, so we’ll just sit down, have a chat, and figure out the plans for 2010. Whether it’s more shows or writing or whatever it might be. But as soon as we’ve made some decisions, we’ll let everybody know the early part of next year."
