BLACK SABBATH - Master Of Reality Master Tapes Up For Auction

The original master tapes from BLACK SABBATH's legendary third album, Master Of Reality, are up for auction on eBay.
The two Ampex 456 1/4" tapes are in good condition and "are the real deal from a Swedish private collection and a rare opportunity to own a piece of music history," according to the auction page.
The bidding currently sits at $700 US.
Released in 1971, the album's "darker" or "heavier" sound was a significant influence on the metal sub-genres known as doom metal and stoner rock, according to Wikipedia. Master Of Reality was certified double platinum after having sold over two million copies in the US and platinum in Canada selling 100,000 units.
