MARTY FRIEDMAN On 'Kiba' Single Promo Blitz

Former MEGADETH guitarist MARTY FRIEDMAN's website reports:
"Marty is currently on the promotion trail for his upcoming single, 'Kiba' (featuring ANDREW W.K.) on radio and TV all over Japan. Too many radio spots to list here, but those in Osaka absolutely must tune into FM Osaka on January 31st at 10:30 PM, as Marty literally invades Maximum The Hormone's weekly radio program. All other radio programs featuring Marty, especially in the Tokyo/Osaka/Kyoto areas are airing all throughout January and February as the single goes on sale January 27th.
A television commercial for 'Kiba' will also air starting next week nationwide.
Also the next episode of NHK's Paphoo! will feature a live performance by Marty with a MOST unlikely visual kei band. Not to be missed! Japan broadcast times are February 13th at midnight, February 15th at 11 PM and February 17th at 5 PM. Those of you with satellite access to NHK around the world, please check your local listings."

The single (including instrumental 'Battle Scars' as well as two other versions of 'Kiba') is set for a January 27th release through Avex and features Andrew W.K. The limited edition single includes a bonus DVD with a promotional footage of the single and includes a sticker. A regular version without DVD will also be available. Both are complete with obi-strip and Japanese introductory/lyrics sheets included.
