Scottsdale, Arizona rock band AGE OF EVIL recently wrapped up an East Coast trek with supergroup HAIL!. The band also performed in the Boston area at Showcase Live at Patriots Place in Foxboro, Mass on January 27th. Although this was the first US tour for the band, Age Of Evil garnered a strong following of fans from the Boston area. AOE performed a 30 - minute set which included tunes from their latest EP, Get Dead, including the title track, 'Cruel Intention', and the SKID ROW cover 'Slave To The Grind'.

Age Of Evil is comprised of singer/rhythm guitarist Jeremy Goldberg, bassist Jacob Goldberg, drummer Garrett Ziff, and guitarist Jordan Ziff.

Singer Jeremy Goldberg checks in with BraveWords.com: "We played in New York City at B.B.Kings last Tuesday night. The place was completely sold out. It was a tough crowd but after the third song everything went great. Hail! played over two and a half hours. They are the best cover band because they have the best musicians from their bands.

It was our first time playing in Boston. We have been to Philly before but never Boston. NAMM was great. We did a lot of press there. We got to meet a lot of great people including bassist Rudy Sarzo at NAMM.

We want to thank all of our fans who came out tonight and bought our albums. We would love to do more dates with Hail!. Hail! is kind of like the all-star supergroup.

Basically, we were playing in Arizona and David Ellefson the bassist who is in Hail! came out to see us. He was so blown away and impressed that he mentioned the Hail! shows to us. From there we got the shows.

Fans can expect nothing but 150 percent out of us - that is what we always give, tons of energy, and a really good connection between the audience and the fans. We never write songs if we can't play them as good or better live. So when some bands you hear there albums and there is a lot of layers going on and a lot of pro-tools stuff. We are definitely not about that. When you hear our songs live, you definitely won't be disappointed because they sound very close and sometimes even better than the album. Because the live setting is different."

Age Of Evil setlist showcase live:

'Call Me Evil'
