WBAL Baltimore reports:
The fate of a Baltimore County man accused of killing his wife is in the hands of a jury.
Jurors spent about three hours Tuesday deciding whether there's enough evidence to convict Dennis Tetso for killing his wife, Tracey, who disappeared in March 2005 (after she didn't meet friends for a MÖTLEY CRÜE show). Her body was never found.
The jury asked five questions, including two concerning circumstantial versus direct evidence and the definition of reasonable doubt. They also asked about Tracey Tetso's dogs, daylight savings time and if the Tetso home had a bathroom in the basement - all evidence that wasn't admitted in the case.
In his closing arguments, defense attorney David Irwin said there was no evidence of a crime, only that Tracey Tetso was gone.
