Ex-NIGHTWISH vocalist TARJA TURUNEN and FREI.WILD are the latest acts confirmed for the 2011 edition of Germany's Rockharz Open Air, which scheduled for July 7th - 9th at Airport Ballenstedt in Harz, Germany.
