Down Boys Records Artist SCOTTY DUNBAR Covers WARRANT Track 'Tears In The City'; Now Available Via iTunes

Down Boys Records recording artist SCOTTY DUNBAR is currently in the studio with producer Kenny Lewis (STRYPER, MICHAEL SWEET, MASS) putting the finishing touches on his upcoming solo release, In A Mellow Mood, which will be released in the spring of 2012 digitally world wide via Down Boys Records. The label is owned by Jerry Dixon and Erik Turner of the band WARRANT.
A new single, 'Tears In The City', from Scotty Dunbar (featuring Ashley Johnson) has been released via iTunes. The song was written by Jerry Dixon and originally appeared on the critically accalimed Warrant album, Rockaholic.
Dunbar states: "The reason why I decided to cover 'Tears In The City' is due to the fact that I can totally relate to the lyrics, and I personally think it is the best Warrant song ever written... period! I just thought that recording this song as a duet would be pretty cool and that's why I did it!"
