Indian death metal veterans Demonic Resurrection have announced their UK tour dates. The band made their last UK appearance at the Bloodstock Festival in 2012 and are following up their appearance at Scottish Festival Les-Fest on June 27th with a string of dates in the UK with progressive deathsters De Profundis.

Commented frontman Demonstealer "This tour has been a long time coming for us. We had planned a similar tour in 2011 when we got booked for Sonisphere Festival but due to visa issues it never happened. When we came for Bloodstock in 2012 we were unable to materialize anything more than an additional show in London but this time we've managed to get a decent number of shows and we're really looking forward to playing for the UK metal fans."

Demonic Resurrection recently announced the release of their fourth full-length album, The Demon King. The album is due for release worldwide on Candlelight Records and on Universal Music in India.

India: July 13th

UK and Europe: July 14th

USA: July 15th

A demo version of a new track entitled "Death, Desolation And Despair" has now been released online as part of a compilation released by Candlelight Records.

The digital compilation, Legion III, features 30 tracks by various artists from the label including various unreleased, exclusive and demo songs. The compilation is available via the label's USA and UK bandcamp accounts as well as itunes and Amazon mp3.

"We have always played around with unnamed forces of darkness in the past," says Mephisto (Keyboards) explaining The Demon King album title. "With this release, we felt the need for an evil overlord to take the reigns and bring in the apocalypse. A savage and unstoppable force such as this had to be a definitive and commanding figure, which is why we came up with The Demon King."

Demonstealer further commented: "This album has been 4 years in the making and we're more than excited to release it. We're also extremely happy to renew our deal with Candlelight Records who will put out the album worldwide and also our new relationship with Universal Music who will release the album in India."

The band's last album The Return To Darkness was released in 2010 on Candlelight Records worldwide and Demonstealer Records in India.
