"School Band Competition - Kid's Send In Your Demo's Now...

TigerTailz today launch a competition to find a local 'School Band' to open their forthcoming show at Cardiff St David's Hall on Saturday, February 10th, 2007.

The competition is open to any pupils who attend a South Wales Secondary School and play in a band. The Tailz are keen to use this Cardiff show to promote local Welsh music and introduce young people to the Welsh music scene. The only criteria for entering this great competition is that members of the band need to be attending a Welsh Secondary School (not necessarily the same school).

Any School Band who are interested in this fantastic opportunity and would like to enter need to send in a Demo tape/CD, a short Biog and their Contact details to:

ALL ENTRIES NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22nd AT THE LATEST...

Kim, Jay, Pepsi and Matt will then listen to each Demo and choose one band as the competition winners. The winning band will be announced on this site on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2007.

The prize for the winning band will be to play 1-2 songs as the first band on the bill at the Tailz show at St David's Hall in Cardiff on Saturday, February 10th, 2007. The winners will also be provided with 2 FREE tickets per band member for the show.

Please Note: All bands who enter the competition will get FREE tickets for the show just for their effort. So all you kids who enter will be WINNERS!!!

This is a fantastic opportunity for any young band starting out to play a major Welsh venue and the Tailz would like to see as many bands as possible entering so GET YOUR DEMO'S IN NOW..."
