KISS - Not Delivering The Goods?

First, there was the KISS Alive Best Buy no bonus track fiasco. Now, word comes that fans that have paid for a subscription to KISS magazine (the official authorized quarterly magazine) from DNA publications have NOT been receiving the magazine. Neither KISS nor DNA have offered any explanation for the missing issues, nor have either offered to refund unhappy customers. Email to KISS management and DNA have gone unanswered.
Fans may recall a similar situation in 2003 when production of Gene Simmons Tongue Magazine mysteriously halted.
