KISSOnline has posted the following statement from Best Buy regarding the bonus track fiasco on the KISS Alive!!! 1975-2000 CD set:

"Thanks for all of your emails about the Best Buy Bonus track replacement discs. Half of you have stated that you did get the replacement disc as promised at Best Buy and the other half told us that you are having trouble obtaining it.

We spoke with Universal Music and they informed us that the CDs have been shipped to the stores. They are forwarding all of your emails to Best Buy to inform them of the problems many of you are having. We will follow up with Universal later this week and post any additional information.

Pictured left is an actual scan of the replacement disc which features the Millennium Concert including the Best Buy only tracks - 'God Of Thunder' and '2000 Man'.

Thanks to Jeff Breen for sending in the note below from Best Buy Customer Service. Jeff received this on Friday when inquiring about the replacement disc problem.

Thank you for contacting Best Buy about the new Kiss box CD set. I'm Michael with Customer Care.

We understand your concerns about the missing tracks. This box set was shipped to Best Buy without the 2 bonus tracks. Best Buy is working with the label to make the 2 bonus tracks available as soon as possible. Please check back with the store where you purchased the box set periodically, as transit time will vary, to find out the status of the bonus tracks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We look forward to your next visit to one of our stores or to BestBuy.com. Please do not hesitate to contact us with additional questions or concerns.

Best Wishes from Best Buy,

Michael and the Customer Care Team"
