To celebrate his 30th anniversary as a professional drummer Mike Terrana comes up with his New and Explosive DVD entitled The Rhythm Beast - In Session.
Terrana explains: "My reason for making this latest DVD serves two purposes; the first was to give something back to young drummers and the drumming community in general with regard to education. The second reason was to mark my personal growth and evolution as a player and to celebrate my 30th anniversary as a professional drummer. This DVD showcases some of my best work as a drummer! Each track was written as a vehicle for me to demonstrate my skills & approach to playing complex grooves and soloing in odd meters."

In other news former NIGHTWISH singer TARJA TURUNEN has added Mike Terrana to her backing band. Mike will accompany her on the "Warm-Up concerts 2007" parallel to the release of her solo album, My Winter Storm (out on November 9th).
