BW&BK; has received the following press release from the organizers of ProgPower UK:

"We are proud to confirm that the final vacancy on the PPUK 2008 bill will be filled by VOYAGER from Australia. Recently signed to Dockyard1, Voyager blew the whole ProgPower UK team away with their performance at ProgPower Europe in 2006, and on the strength of that show we immediately offered them a slot at PPUK 2008. Not only are they consummate musicians with a varied back catalogue of songs, but they're also damn good fun! Even DREAMSCAPE's Wolfgang Kerinnis was seen midway through their set with a smile as wide as the Thames barrier, giving them a hefty a thumbs up. It's taken a while to get the paperwork sorted, so apologies for the secrecy, but we have no doubt that they will be a massive hit with the fans on their first trip to the UK."

Voyager's latest album, UniVers, was released on October 29th.

The third ProgPower UK Festival (www.progpoweruk.com) takes place on March 28 and 29 next year at the Anson Rooms in Bristol, featuring a line-up topped by EVERGREY, VANDEN PLAS and BRAINSTORM. Tickets are on-sale now from the official PPUK website priced at just £24.50 for the Friday evening, £41.50 for all day Saturday and £52.50 for both days.
