YEAR OF DESOLATION Finishing Up Recording Of New Album

Indiana-based thrashers YEAR OF DESOLATION have issued the following update:
"We've been hard at work over the last few months writing a new record, and we've got about nine songs done and they are all expansive on our past works. The melodies are more melodious, the thrash is more hightop, and of course the death metal is still brutal! We're working on getting some touring lined up and hopefully be in the studio sometime late this year.As far as the Video for 'Suffer Thy Nemisis' goes, we're still going through 'red tape' to get it aired on some television channels that you might all be familiar with. But if worst comes to worst, we'll be releasing it on YouTube and MySpace shortly... stay tuned!"
