PESTILENCE To Enter The Studio In October

PESTILENCE will enter Jacob Hansen Studios mid-October to record the new album Resurrection Macabre, which is released in 2009 by Mascot Records. The band will record 11 new songs and for the limited edition three bonus tracks.
The bonus tracks will be three classic Pestilence songs and fans can vote for their favourite song. The three songs voted most for, will be re-recorded in the studio. You can vote here.
Leader Patrick Mameli is currently working on new material which he has described as a modern mixture of Testimony Of The Ancients (1991) and Consuming Impulse (1989), more technical and brutal than all previous albums. Pestilence will also be touring in 2009! Playing old and new material.
