AC/DC, Bon Scott Estate Move to Block Docudrama

High Voltage Productions, LLC., a Charleston, South Carolina-based film production company attempting to finally bring a docudrama to life about late Australian vocalist, Bon Scott, is on the receiving end of threats of legal action by powerful law firms in New York City and Sydney, Australia. The firms represent the band, their production and branding companies, and the Estate of the late singer, respectively. They are attempting to block the much anticipated and widely publicised production that was last reported being given serious consideration by NBC Universal’s international division in London, UK. This controversy comes as AC/DC marks its 40th anniversary this year some thirty three years after the tragic death of Scott.
