In celebration of Angus and Co.’s forthcoming live album, Live At River Plate, due on November 20th, BraveWords is counting-down something we like to call...AC/DC’s Top Ten Most Thunderstruck, Jacked Up, Dog Eat Dog Live Stands Of All Time! Horns up and knickers down!

#7 - Largs Piers Hotel, Adelaide, Australia - late October 1974 (Bon Scott had joined the band on October 24th)

Line-up:

Angus Young - lead guitar

Malcolm Young - rhythm guitar

Bon Scott - vocals

Rob Bailey - bass

Peter Clack - drums

AC/DC play their first gig with their new lead growler, Bon Scott, as part of their Can I Sit Next To You Girl Australian tour. The set list by this point is approximately half originals, including ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Singer’, ‘Soul Stripper’, ‘She’s Got Balls’ and ‘You Ain’t Got A Hold On Me’.
