AETERNAM Guitarist Alex Loignon Leaves Band For “Personal Reasons”

Canadian metallers AETERNAM have announced the departure of guitar player, co-band founder Alex Loignon. The band has posted the following:

“We are sad to announce the departure of Alex from the band for personal reasons. He was one of the founding members of Aeternam so we thank him for everything he has done in those wonderful years, and wish him success in any further project he might invest in. With one sad news comes a good one. We are happy to announce that Matthew Sweeney (known for his work with the DEATH tribute SYMBOLIC) will continue where Alex left as the new guitar player for Aeternam.
