New video footage of ex-Akercocke (current Voices) drummer David Gray blasting for Satan has surfaced. Appearing under the guise of his alter ego, the notorious Blast Vader, he can been performing the drums to Akercocke's seminal track, "Eyes Of The Dawn". In a somewhat strange twist, he makes his appearance in animated Lego plastic form.

The song comes off come off the UK black/death metallers' fourth album, Words That Go Unspoken, Deeds That Go Undone, which was released in October 2005 via Earache Records. The follow-up to 2003's Choronzon, it was recorded at the band's own Goat of Mendes studios in West London and was mixed by Neil Kernon (Nevermore, Cannibal Corpse).

David Gray can currently be found bashing the skins in UK black metal project, Voices, alongside Akercocke members Peter Benjamin and Sam Loynes (also of Diminished Fifth). Their debut album, From the Human Forest Create a Fugue of Imaginary Rain, was released in March 2013 via Candlelight Records. The CD was recorded at Legacy Studios, located in the heart of the historic Old Street in central London.
