MetalAssault.com recently caught up with Belladonna and Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante on Anthrax's final stop as part of the Jägermeister Fall Music Tour with SLAYER and MEGADETH. The guys discussed the tour, the fans' response to Joey's return, the S.O.D song 'Milk', playing headline shows on this tour, and the upcoming album which will include a U.F.O cover. S.O.D. are commonly credited as being among the first bands to fuse hardcore punk with thrash metal into a style sometimes called crossover thrash. The band's legendary debut, Speak English or Die, was released in 1985 and featured Ian and Benante alongside NUCLEAR ASSAULT/BRUTAL TRUTH bassist Dan Lilker and frontman Billy Milano.
