According to a band bio, "Avalanche, the Swedish/Danish progressive/melodic metal outfit has for long been a growing brainchild of singer Jake E (ex-DREAM EVIL, DREAMLAND) and guitarist Olof Mörck (NIGHTRAGE, DRAGONLAND), following a desire and ambition to break out of the mould of previous bands and projects, to form something new and fresh entirely."
