Swedish born producer/artist Big Swede has a new rock project entitled Refurbished, and is releasing an album on September 23rd. Only Want The Best includes 13 tracks in a full throttle, straight ahead rock vein. There will be a single released on August 19th, titled “Show Up For The Showdown”, as a first taste of what to expect.

“It’s been a long time coming for me to release a rock record. I started with inviting a few of my friends and it ended up being 17 guests when it was all recorded. I’m thrilled to have this group of musicians on this record. I was choosing the guests for each track as I went along. The mixture of players on certain tracks are quite interesting,” says Big Swede.

Big Swede continues: “I really enjoyed writing and recording a whole guitar-based rock record. It was great to see each track take shape as the musicians came by my studio on an ongoing basis. We had a lot of laughs during these sessions."
