In a brand new twist for the Holidays, a Christmas EP expected to combine elements of pop, folk, jazz and rock is underway right now in the depths of New Jersey as John "JD" DeServio, notorious bass player for Black Label Society and Cycle Of Pain, is beginning production on said EP's first song with an up and coming young singer/songwriter/guitarist/pianist, Deanna DeSio, who's backing band is, no stranger to DeServio - New York's own Top 30 mainstream rock act, The Infinite Staircase.

Brothers Lenny and Jeff Cerzosie, often looked at as the anomaly of rock, the brothers came seemingly out of nowhere and in the last ten years or so have managed to carve out a niche for themselves with both The Infinite Staircase and Le Projet, having written, recorded and/or toured with the likes of Zakk Wylde, Candlebox, Sevendust, Blues Saraceno, Earl Slick (David Bowie, John Lennon), Chris Caffery (Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Savatage), Black Label Society, Hellyeah, The Winery Dogs, Alter Bridge, Jonathan Davis of Korn, L.A. Guns, W.A.S.P. and a slew of others.

Still in the process of finishing their long-awaited covers EP, The Dead Cricket Sessions, also produced by and including performances by DeServio, they promise it will finally be released in the new year.

Ever busy, however, the brothers have decided to team up with the 2015 3rd place winner of the CUNY College of Staten Island's Staten Island's Got Talent contest Deanna DeSio, on a few projects and ideas, beginning with this Christmas EP.  

"I am always involved with some sort of Christmas project", laughs Jeff. "I love it. And to do this with Deanna just made perfect sense. The fact that JD is involved is just ridiculously intriguing. We have a young Christina Perri meets Amy Winehouse (Deanna), the Jaco Pastorious of Heavy Metal (JD) and the Gumby & Pokey of Rock (me and Lenny). Throw in other potential guest appearances we can't mention yet - maybe this will be the project that gets Lenny and I out of the rut of being the Rodney Dangerfields of Rock N' Roll.” (laughs)

It was announced last week that The Infinite Staircase would return from a two year touring hiatus to play at The Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey on December 15th with Fuel. Deanna is among several expected guest performers that night. $10 Tickets can be bought from the band at this location.

Anyone who purchases a ticket by the end of Halloween night will have their choice of a free download of the demo of the band's cover of Michael Jackson's "Man In The Mirror" with JD DeServio or a copy of their 7-song EP No Amends, which features collaborations with Zakk Wylde, JD DeServio, Candlebox's Kevin Martin and Adam Kury, Sevendust's Lajon Witherspoon, Morgan Rose and Clint Lowery, Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Savatage's Chris Caffery, Royal Bliss' Memphis Hennesy and more.

Deanna and The Infinite Staircase will also be performing live on WPMT FOX43 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on the morning of November 30th.
