BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi checks in with the following brief update:

"Well the first part of our world tour is over and we're heading home, hooray! The gigs have been great but it was a lot of traveling. Before we head out again with Sabbath, there's something for those of you based in Europe I need help with - check out the clip below."

Iommi has uploaded the following video, asking his fans to vote for 'Lonely Planet' to be performed by the Armenian band DORIANS at the Eurovision Song Contest. Tony co-wrote the track with the Dorians.

MEGADETH will join Black Sabbath as a special guest on their Latin America tour in October. The tour will kick off in Santiago, Chile at Estadio Monumental on October 4th. Tickets for Chile are on sale to the general public via Ticketek. The bands will also perform in Porto Alegre at Estacionamento da FIERGS on October 9th; in São Paulo at Campo de Marte on October 11th; and in Rio de Janeiro at Apoteose on October 13th. Tickets for Brazil will go on sale to the general public on May 6th via Tickets For Fun.

Black Sabbath's first album in 35 years to feature singer Ozzy Osbourne, bassist Geezer Butler, and guitarist Tony Iommi (along with RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE drummer Brad Wilk) was recorded primarily in Los Angeles and was produced by Rick Rubin (SLAYER, METALLICA). The album will be released by Vertigo (worldwide) and Vertigo/Republic in North America on June 13th.
