Canadian rockers BLACK SUN have released a sample of their track, 'Break Me' from their upcoming debut, Edge Of Darkness, which can be heard on their ReverbNation page at this location.
The record is being produced by Jeff Westlake (HYDROGYN, TRACY G).
Black Sun initially started off in the summer of 2011 as a solo project for Wilson after he accepted an invitation from Westlake to join him at his Ridgeline Studios in Ashland, Kentucky. Wilson was looking to take a major detour from his past work with bands SFD and SPACETRAMP COWBOY and the two writers quickly found their grove and had the shell of the record done in one week.
It was at the end of this session that the name Black Sun came about. After an exhaustive five month search for a vocalist Wilson returned to the studio with Azriel St. Michael (JEZEBELS KISS) where they are currently putting the final touches on the record.
The record is expected to drop this summer and a US tour is already in the works.
