BODYFARM To Enter Studio To Record New Album Next Month
January 11, 2013, 7 years ago
Dutch death metal newcomers BODYFARM have released the following update:“We will enter the studio on February 8th to record our second full-length album. We will work with Harry van Breda (I CHAOS) again as our studio tech, to record 10 brand new tracks, including a very interesting new cover. But this time, the one and only Ronnie Björnström will take care of the mix and master.
The songs on the new album are not only more versatile, but also much darker than anything we've ever wrote before. Of course without losing the very roots of old school death metal. Prepare for a crushing album full of surprises, interesting elements and guest appearances!
We expect to finish the album somewhere in the early summer of this year.
We will not reveal the tracklist or the artwork yet. The only thing we can say for now: The scourge is coming…”
Additionally the band has announced the following live dates:
February23 – Turock – Essen, Germany
March1 - Total Music – Schiedam, The netherlands
October5 – TBA – Oostende, Belgum
