BON JOVI Beats Out JUDAS PRIEST, THE CARS And Others, Winning Fan Vote For 2018 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Nomination

In the end, this year's Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Fan Vote was over just days after it started, reports cleveland.com.

Bon Jovi held the lead all the way through the poll closing Tuesday night. The band were joined by the other top-five finishers - Moody Blues, Dire Straits, The Cars and Judas Priest - on a Fan Ballot added to this year's voting pool.

The results are very good news for Bon Jovi fans. Since the Fan Vote was created, the top vote-getter that year (previously Rush, KISS, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Chicago, Journey) has wound up earning induction.

The inductees for the Class Of 2018 will be announced on Wednesday, December 13th via the Rock Hall's Facebook page. Those artists will be honoured during a ceremony held at Cleveland's Public Hall on April 14th.
