“WOW! Thanks so much for all the wishes, comments and stories! I read them all... and, without being too sappy... and being 100% honest, there are some stories and comments that actually brought a few tears. Sometimes, with all the ups and downs in life and this bizness, it is easy to forget that the end result is making some music that actually means a lot to some people; besides myself! I really appreciate that my passion inspired some, not just a good song to listen to, here or there,  but examples like naming a child after a song I wrote, or a wedding song, or to drive faster (!) or get you pumped up for something, or to have inspired some to play an instrument, or calming some bad emotions through listening to something like ‘Sounds Good To Me’, or working out to a song or helping someone through a divorce or addiction THROUGH THE MUSIC and / or LYRICS … many more experiences. What can I say... I (and a lot of great musicians I have worked with) simply make music we love and sometimes make a great song, sometimes a crappy song and sometimes in between. Regardless, we try and love it. It is in the blood. Metal. Music. The fact that it can have an impact on so many people is incredible. Artists have power. I just make the music for myself... but the fact is, some like it and without those people, I would not be able to do what i do! LOVE AND METAL TO YOU ALL!”
