hot flashes news call of the void

Colorado punk-sludge grinders CALL OF THE VOID have premiered their new video for 'Napalm Lungs'. The tune comes by way of the band’s blistering debut album, Dragged Down A Dead End Path. Shot in Boulder, Colorado by Erica Griffiths in guitarist Patrick Alberts’ basement, the video finds the band in their most punishing mode: performing live.

Dragged Down A Dead End Path was recorded at the Boar’s Nest in Salt Lake City, Utah by Andy Patterson and mastered by Chris Mcnaughton, with strikingly dismal cover art courtesy of Anthony Lucero.

Dragged Down A Dead End Path features the following ten tracks:

'Failure'

'Theory Of Mind'

'Bottom Feeder'

'Endless Ritual Abuse'

'Abomination'

'Breeding Grounds'

'Napalm Lungs'

'The Liar's Heart'

'I Hope You Two Fuck'

'Faith & Filth'

In live news, Call Of The Void was recently added to Scion Rock Fest 2013 set to take place in Memphis, Tennessee June 1st. The band will be performing alongside an illustrious lineup that includes: ARSIS, MUNICIPAL WASTE, MELVINS, PALLBEARER, CORROSION OF CONFORMITY, WHITECHAPEL, SIX FEET UNDER, and TESTAMENT to name but a few.
