Candlemass legend Leif Edling has announced his new solo project, The Doomsday Kingdom.
Says Leif in the video message streaming below: "As you perhaps know, I won't be playing live with Candlemass this year, I’m still burnt out, but hopefully I can do it next year. And in the meantime, I would like to introduce some solo stuff I've been working on for some time now, and I call it The Doomsday Kingdom.
“And it's a low-key thing I'm doing without any label involved. And it's metal the way it's supposed to be, and it's for all of you that love this kind of music as much as I do. And I hope you will enjoy it.
“Every week, I will put up a new film so I properly can present The Doomsday Kingdom to everybody interested and play a few snippets from it."
