On October 6th, Finnish metallers CHILDREN OF BODOM shot a video for the new song, 'Was It Worth It?' "somewhere in north Pennsylvania," according to a band update. The clip was filmed by Dale "Rage" Resteghini (ANTHRAX, HATEBREED, SHADOWS FALL).

The track is from the band's as-yet-untitled seventh studio album being produced by Matt Hyde (SLAYER, MONSTER MAGNET) to oversee the new recording. The new Bodom record will see release in early 2011 through Spinefarm Records in Europe and Metal Blade Records in North America.

"We're very excited to let everyone hear what we're creating with this new record," said the band in a recent statement. "Everything you love about Children Of Bodom has been magnified tenfold and we’re pushing ourselves harder than ever before. Expect nothing less than the perfect storm!"
