CHURCHBURN Ink New Management Deal; Debut Album Due Out In Early 2013

CHURCHBURN the musical collaboration between two of the underground's masters of misery. Dave Suzuki, best known for his mesmerizing guitar work and brutal drumming in VITAL REMAINS and Ray McCaffrey, who carved out sonic drum patterns for SIN OF ANGELS and GRIEF has tapped Dvs Artist Management to oversee the group's business affairs.

Dvs Artist Management was created by former A&R; rep Robert Bolger, who was previously the driving force behind Crash Classics, a division of the now-defunct independent Phoenix-based hard rock and heavy metal label Crash Music Inc.

Artists Bolger has signed and worked with in no particular order include: FLOTSAM AND JETSAM, WHIPLASH, AUTOPSY, CATTLE DECAPITATION, NUCLEAR ASSAULT, WARBRINGER, STEREOMUD, SKINLAB, PRIMER 55, LEEWAY, 40 BELOW SUMMER, BULLETEBOYS, BLACK N' BLUE, BANG TANGO, LEATHERWOLF, ENUFF Z' NUFF, JUNGLE ROT, Just to name a few!

Churchburn recently uploaded three demo tracks, Crown of Fallen Kings, Come Forth The Swarm, Kneel Upon Charred Remnants to their YouTube channel which could be streamed below.

"Churchburn is very different from Vital Remains," says Suzuki. "Ray and I wanted to do something slow and heavy, just something pummeling to the listener."

In regards to the groups ranks, McCaffrey commitments: "there are a couple of people we may ask but nothing set in stone, we're looking to round out the line up by the end of this year."

The group is currently writing and demoing material for their debut release tentatively due in early 2013 on a label to be announced
