Leaves' Eyes vocalist Liv Kristine will release her new solo album, Vervain, on November 4th in North America. It features a guest appearance by German metal queen Doro Pesch on the ballad "Stronghold Of Angels". Doro has issued the following statement regarding her participation on the song:

"I really love the song 'Stronghold Of Angels'! It was such a great pleasure recording such a great track at Mastersound Studio with Liv and Alex. We had such a wonderful time together during the recording session. Furthermore, I felt the magic in the air - it was enchanting! I got goosebumps over and over again and I was totally excited when I heard the final mix. In my opinion, it's one of the finest, most emotional power-ballads ever. There's so much heart, power and soul in it, and its' message is just wonderful."

Vervain will be released on November 4th in North America and October 27th in the UK via Napalm Records and promises lots of great melodies, haunting song structures and of course her world-class voice.
