ELUVEITIE Debut On North American Billboard Charts With Origins

Swiss folk-metal pioneers Eluveitie debuted at #104 on the US Billboard Top 200 Chart and at #1 on the Heatseekers chart, with their new album Origins. The release also cracked the Canadian Top 200, coming in at #60. In contrast their previous record Helvetios, came in at #143 on the US Billboard Top 200 Chart and at #73 on the Canadian Top 200, which now makes Origins their highest charting record yet.

Origins was released on August 1st (Europe), August 4th (UK) and on August 5th (North America) via Nuclear Blast. Cover artwork was created by none other than the group’s mastermind himself, Chrigel Glanzmann. Origins was recorded once again with producer Tommy Vetterli (Kreator, Coronor) at New Sound Studios in Switzerland.
