Exclusive: EUROPE Singer Joey Tempest Issues Year-End Update

EUROPE singer Joey Tempest has sent BraveWords.com the following year-end update:"2009 has been the best year for the band Europe in a long time. The reviews and reactions, around the world, for our new CD Last Look At Eden has been phenomenal. A number one CD in our native country Sweden as well. Life is good in the Europe camp right now and this is still only the beginning. We will be touring all of 2010 and work on a new CD in 2011. Thanks to our German fans. Old and new, hope to see again summer 2010 when we're playing festivals around Europe.

Miles traveled: 4,100 km
Beers drunk /band and crew: 1,512
Dressing room music: THEM CROOKED VULTURES, ALICE IN CHAINS, BLACK MOUNTAIN, PINK FLOYD, THIN LIZZY, MSG, UFO
Tour bus movies: ANVIL, 2012, The mighty Boosh. Seinfeld. Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Hangover, Stepbrothers etc.
Computer games: Call Of Duty
Some books read: SLASH biography, GUNS N" ROSES Biography, Conn Iggulden Emperor Series, Dan Brown, The Lost Symbol, History of Berlin. Charles Bukowski.
Dressing room food and drink: M&Ms; (only brown ones) English newspaper, fruit, local brand beer plus Corona and Guinness. Rouchfort cheese, Absinth (the real deal) Poster of Van Gough, red and white quality wine (preferably recommended by Robert Parker), single malt whiskey.
