Former MEGADETH Guitarist Jeff Young Posts Live Cover Of QUEEN Classic Featuring Vocalist Sherri Klein

Former Megadeth guitarist Jeff Young, who was with the band from '87 - '89, has checked in with the following update on his latest musical venture, going under the moniker Jeff Young & Sherri:

"Here's our new live video cover of Queen's 'You're My Best Friend'. We're excited to share this song from one of our favorite bands ever. Sherri sang a great vocal on this one - I'm so proud and in awe of the amazing front person she is. We had a great, fun show Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas at Hard Rock Hotel so, thanks to the whole staff and all that came out to the show! Thanks to Carlos Juan Amplification for the amazing new acoutic guitar pick-up system! Even with the tiny microphone on this hand-held cam, you can hear the sweet and woody tone of this dual pick-up system. Enjoy & please share with all your best friends!"

p>Young checked in on September 2nd with the following:

"Our acoustic rendition of the great Thin Lizzy classic 'Dancin' In The Moonlight (It's Caught Me In Its Spotlight)' performed this past Friday evening at House Showclub as Jeff Young & Sherri kicked off the evening for Nadir 's After Hours LIVE. Special thanks to James D'Arrigo for graces us with his stellar saxophone stylings. Enjoy, peeps!"
