Former MISFITS frontman, Michale Graves was arrested for marijuana possession on July 23rd which led to his missing out on that night’s show in El Paso, TX show at the Lip Lounge.

While passing through a border check point in Kennedy County, TX, Michale Graves was arrested for possession of six grams of marijuana. Graves was taken into custody by the Kingsville Sherriff’s department and charged with a misdemeanor. He was held overnight.

Graves was released the next day on Tuesday, July 24th at 4PM on a $750 bond. He must return to Texas to answer to the charges.

According to a press release: “The band has been driving for 20 straight hours to reach tonight’s show at the Silverdome in Lukachukai, AZ. He hopes to be able to make up the El Paso show in some way.”

Graves is currently on the War Of Information summer US tour. This is his first full band tour in five years.
