Having been assessed by doctors in Christchurch, New Zealand after being forced to cut short the opening night of his New Zealand/Australia tour due to what witnesses called "some sort of a medical event”, Glenn Hughes is back in action and will continue the tour as scheduled.
Says Hughes: “I’m now in Wellington for my show this evening. Had dehydration at my show last night in Christchurch and felt dizzy. Sorry I couldn't make the full show, I played for 1 hour 45 mins, when I left the stage, helped by my Tech @jimijimmi. Thanks to all who have sent loving messages... you are all in my thoughts.”
Glenn also posted the video below, stating, “"Last night was a bit of a hiccup, I had dehydration from not drinking enough water. Note to self, Mr. Hughes, drink water."
