GUNS N' ROSES Preparing Second Las Vegas Residency?

The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV has posted an image on its Facebook page featuring the GUNS N' ROSES logo and the words: Coming Spring 2014. Text GNR to 97580 to be the first to hear the big news.
Thus far there has not been an official announcement regarding any upcoming Guns N' Roses shows at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. However the advertising campaign has begun, as evidenced by the photos below of the hotel's elevator doors, as well as an outdoor billboard sign.
Guns N' Roses' first Vegas residency, Appetite For Democracy, took place in the fall of 2012, spanning 12 shows at The Joint inside The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
