Facebook fan-site Iron Maiden For Christmas No.1 have launched a campaign to get the band’s 1982 classic “The Number Of The Beast” to chart in the UK!
Says the site:
“For those involved in the various Xmas #1 campaigns of the past you'll appreciate how much of a laugh it is. Well we're big Maiden fans and seeing them snatch the Christmas #1 would be brilliant.If you like the idea please Share this page and tell others. Metal up yer arse!
From December 14th we will ALL be buying a digital download of the track “The Number Of The Beast” to hopefully make it the NUMBER ONE of the Beast!
