Legendary singer Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow, Deep Purple, Yngwie Malmsteen), surrounded by George Gakis and his musicians, played an acoustic set Ioannina's Perama Cave during Ioannina Rock City Festival, with the main purpose of promoting Ioannina's cultural landscape, since the city is nominated for Europe's Cultural Capital in 2021.
